Nintendo announces DS Lite
Finally, Nintendo admits to a newly redesigned DS. Its redesigned to be slimmer with a brighter screen and will be called the DS Lite. Great, cause I've been very jealous of what they've done to the GBA SP with the brighter screen. Very cool.
Perhaps now they can finally make it compatible with the Revolution straight out of the box. I think this is a no brainer. Great for playing classic games on the Revolution. Maybe even stream Gameboy Advance and DS games to the Revolution so that it'll be played on the big screen TV's while controlling it on your actual GB device. I wish I worked for Nintendo...so many ideas are going to waste right now.

Figures, 2 months after I get a DS new designs come out.
Same thing happened when I bought an Altima a few years ago.

I hate it when that happens, too. They slightly changed the 4Runner the model year after mine. The car before that, they offered a special edition R32 vs. my GTI. Before that, they had the new SI Civic after I bought the EX. Damn it, can never keep up.
I'm still very excited about the DS Lite and do plan on getting one.
